Members

Partner's Agreement

The partner does not have any right to review, pre-approve or reject any speaker selected Al-Monitor. However, the partner may recommend the inclusion of certain speakers, but AL-Monitor are not required to accept any such recommendation(s).

AL-Monitor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to make changes to the event (including format, structure, length, and topics covered) and to limit the participation of any speaker or institution as AL-Monitor reasonably deems necessary.

AL-Monitor does not guarantee coverage of any event(s) by Al-Monitor’s newsrooms or that any event recording will be used by AL-Monitor on its websites or in its publications (such decisions to be made by AL-Monitor in their sole discretion).

The partner will have to agree and acknowledge that AL-Monitor has exclusive editorial control over:

  1. the format and structure of the event(s)
  2. the selection of topics for discussion; and
  3. the selection of presenters, panelists, participants and speakers for the event.
